Surrounded by the warm, cozy glow of the Ikora lamps, the enticing aroma of roast goose, winter spices, and freshly baked bread fills the room. At your table, we will serve breast and leg of free-range goose with port wine goose jus, braised red cabbage with apples, and potato dumplings.
